Part of what I do within the wellness realm is work 1:1 with people who need a better relationship with food. What we put into our body impacts our mind. What we choose to fuel up with can make a huge difference on our mood, energy level and overall well-being. When working 1:1 with me we can go in depth about your relationship with food and how we can improve the NOW for you. Often times we can feel the triggers of our minds that often find comfort in food. This can lead to over eating, weight gain and more.
